Paper Selection
The Faith & Future Summit invited scholars and researchers to submit original and unpublished research papers that thoughtfully engage Islamic intellectual traditions with contemporary and future challenges. Submissions were expected to demonstrate intellectual depth, ethical clarity, and real-world relevance, while remaining firmly grounded in Islamic sources, methodologies, and scholarly frameworks. Contributions were anticipated to bridge faith and future by offering principled, well-researched, and constructive insights.
General Guidelines for Authors & Researchers
Formatting & Length
- Abstract: 300–400 words, stating the research question, methodology, and Islamic framework.
- Full Paper: 4,000–6,000 words. Language: English or Urdu (Arabic quotations allowed with translation).
- Templates: Official templates available in the Downloads section must be used.
- Formatting: Arial 14pt (Title), Times New Roman 12pt (Body).
Citations & Style
- Style: Chicago, MLA, or APA, applied consistently throughout the paper.
- Islamic References: Qur’anic and classical references should be contextually integrated, not merely decorative.
Key Dates
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 20 January 2026
- Full Paper Submission Deadline: 3 February 2026
- Conference Date: 11 February 2026
Academic Integrity & Ethics (Amanah)
- Originality: Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
- Plagiarism: Maximum similarity index of 15% strictly enforced.
- AI Usage: AI tools may be used for proofreading, but core content and analysis must be the author's own.
Summary of Papers Received
- Abstracts: Over 80 abstracts were received by the submission deadline of 20 January 2026.
- Full Papers: A total of 94 papers were submitted by 3 February 2026.
Papers Review Committees and Process
The Competent members of the academic review committee evaluated all submitted papers successfully as per given criteria. However, papers submitted internally, were reviewed by impartial external committee.
