Advancing Computing Education

Al-Kawthar University successfully hosted the NCEAC Zero Visit for its undergraduate computing programs on Saturday, 26 September 2026. The visit was conducted as an important step toward academic quality assurance and the development of computing programs in accordance with established standards.

The programs included:

  • BS Artificial Intelligence
  • BS Data Science
  • BS Cyber Security
  • BS Software Engineering

The University also acknowledges Dr. Abdul Rehman Soomrani, who served as the AIC member during the visit.

The visit provided an opportunity to review the academic and institutional arrangements associated with the computing programs and reflects Al-Kawthar University’s continued efforts to strengthen academic quality, program development, and compliance with recognized standards in computing education.

Through such quality assurance initiatives, the University remains committed to developing academically robust programs that equip students with relevant knowledge and skills for the evolving technology sector.
