Strengthening Digital Infrastructure at Al-Kawthar University
Director HEC-PERN, Mr. Naeem Bhutto, visited Al-Kawthar University and met with the Vice Chancellor and concerned officials to explore opportunities for enhancing the University's digital and IT infrastructure.
The meeting brought together key stakeholders to discuss a wide range of initiatives aimed at modernizing the University's technological capabilities. Key discussions included the establishment of a new Data Center, enhancement of PERN bandwidth, advanced campus cybersecurity measures, cloud services, extending PERN connectivity to Rashidabad Campus, HEC-sponsored IT training programs, and improved Digital Library access for students and faculty.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration between Al-Kawthar University and HEC-PERN, paving the way for a more secure, connected, and digitally advanced academic environment.
