Emerging Regional Security Architecture and the Muslim World
Al-Kawthar University successfully concluded the thought-provoking seminar “Makkah Accord–2026: Emerging Regional Security Architecture and the Muslim World” on September 5, 2026.
The seminar brought together distinguished speakers Dr. Shaista Tabassum, Mian Zahid Hussain, Brig. (R) Tariq Khalil, and Ms. Rida Saifee, who shared valuable perspectives on collective security, strategic cooperation, regional stability, and the shared future of the Muslim world.
The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Bashir Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, whose insightful moderation enriched the discussion.
